Biography
Joan is the firm Administrator.
She is responsible for practice management, document management, and business development which involves attending to the strategic management and organisational development of the practice where she handles the firm’s branding, client relationships, and ensures that the strategic plans of the firm are being implemented.
In addition to scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and maintaining the firm’s data bases, she also plays a supervisory role over the support staff.
