Biography

Mwesiga Apollo is an Associate at the firm with experience in litigation, mining law, Banking and finance, construction law, insurance, insolvency, commercial litigationand international commercial transactions.

Mwesiga Apollo is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University, Kampala, a Post graduate Diploma in Legal practice from the Law Development Centre.

Mwesiga Apollo’s Experience includes:

  • Representing an international company in commercial disputes in Uganda.
  • Represented and advised one of the leading insurance companies in Uganda in courts of Uganda.
  • Advising and representing some of the leading banks in Uganda in courts.
  • Advising and representing major construction companies in Uganda.
