Emmanuel Habimana practises at Habimana & Partners in Kigali, and works with CR. Amanya Advocates through the firm’s international networks.
The practice takes referrals on matters that cross into its jurisdiction, and instructs CR. Amanya on Ugandan questions in return. Fees and scope are agreed before any work begins, in the same way the firm agrees them in Kampala.
